The Habits of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) That Increased Productivity Through the Sunnah

He began his mornings with Tahajjud prayer and reciting the Qur’an until just before Fajr.

When the call to Fajr prayer was made, he performed the Fajr prayer in congregation at the mosque. He also consistently performed the two rak‘ahs of Sunnah (Qobliyah) before Fajr.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) also performed the Duha prayer, usually four rak‘ahs or more.
During the day, the Messenger of Allah often traveled to spread da’wah and engage with the community. He would converse with his companions and discuss various issues related to society and religion.

The Prophet (PBUH) also took time for a midday nap (qailulah), allowing him to regain strength so that he could wake up at night for Tahajjud prayer.

In the evening, after performing the Maghrib and ‘Isha prayers, he continued his mission of da’wah and then spent time with his family until bedtime.

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) would sleep early so that he could wake up during the night to perform Tahajjud prayer.
