Alhamdulillah, I was able to wake up early today, so I was able to pray tahajud and read the Qur'an. I hope I can do it every day. After that I wrote a daily journal in English. This feels good. I want to write more every day. I think learning English is fun and challenging. Learning a language is always fun. I want to open a writing and English course for elementary school children. I hope it can be realized.

The best way to start a new habit: Being specific about what you want and how you're going to achieve it helps you resist things that undermine progress, distract you, and throw you off track.  We often say yes to small requests because we're not clear enough about what we need to do to reject them. When your goals are vague, it's easy to rationalize small exceptions throughout the day and never deal with the specifics of what needs to be done to succeed. Give your habits time and space to live in this world. Your goal is to set such a clear time and location that, with enough repetition, you get the urge to do the right thing at the right time, even when you don't know why.  Example: Meditation. I will meditate for one minute at 7 am in the kitchen. Wake up early. I will wake up at 3:30 am to shower, pray tahajud and read the Qur'an.  Read a book.
